My drive to 500 Collective members hit a wall
So I did what I probably should have done earlier. I actually talked to escapees and future escapees to understand what they really need.
The theme that kept coming up was education and speed. How do I get started? How do I make my first dollar as quickly as possible?
The Collective can absolutely help with this, but for some people there's a step that needs to happen first.
That feedback is what created EscapeeU. From idea to implementation in 2 weeks. The old corporate version of me would be cringing right now. My philosophy now is let's test it.
In full transparency, I already built and use this training 1:1 with people — so this isn't starting from scratch. I'll be teaching my 6-week process across 4 sessions, offered monthly.
The Collective remains my flagship and my belief is that folks will come for the education in the U and stay for the connections and collaborations in the Collective.
If I can get you earning your first dollar outside of corporate in less than 6 weeks, you can start building toward replacing your corporate income. I really think we overcomplicate making money.
Done is better than perfect. I'm also pushing outside my comfort zone with small groups but trusting my gut has proven to be effective.

I am still looking at the Collective and EscapeeU as cornerstones of my portfolio of revenue streams. There was some interest about what else (if anything) that I am working on. I will detail that next week.
